ALIBABA GROUP (CIS) paves direct access to EU and CIS producers of hot-rolled as well as cold-rolled and cold-drawn Round Steel Bars (Rods or Wires). Round Rolled Steel here is produced according to original standards that may or may not correspond to international ASTM-А510М/A615M, BS 4449, DIN 488-1/2, etc:
GOST 30136-95 (DSTU 2770-94): Carbon Steel Wire Rods, hot-rolled, common quality.
Diameter: 5.0mm, 5.5mm, 6.0mm, 6.3mm, 6.5mm, 7.0mm, 8.0mm, 9.0mm.
Packing: 5-9mm in bundles or rods per min. 160kg (possible min. 50kg/100kg)
GOST 14959-79 (DSTU 3684-98): Spring Alloy and Steel Bars.
Diameter: 5-250mm; Length: 1.5-6.5m or specified
Packing: 5-9mm in bundles or rods, 10-250mm in bars.
GOST 2590-2006 (DSTU 4738:2007): Round Steel Bars, hot-rolled, common & high quality.
Diameter: 5-270mm; Length specified within 2-24m
Packing: 5-9mm in bundles or rods, 10-270mm in bars.
GOST 7417-75 (DSTU 8608:2015): Calibrated Round Steel, cold-rolled or cold-drawn.
Diameter: 3-100mm; Length: 1.5-6.5m or specified
Packing: 3-25mm in bundles or rods, 25-100mm in bars.
The above Round Rolled Steel is not to be mistaken with Round Deformed Steel for reinforcement of ferroconcrete structures as per GOST 5781-82 for example, ranging only from 6mm to 80mm in diameter and serving only as carcasses in monolithic ferroconcretes or as transversal pivots or reinforcing ropes in building construction. The latter is a narrowly specialized building material, whereas Round Steel as a finished product implies multiple ultimate applications.
A variety of steel grades -- such as common & high quality, low & high alloyed, unalloyed or automatic (free-cutting) steel -- is admitted for making the above Round Rolled Steel. Minimal order quantity is 1, 000mt because this is minimal capacity of a single blast furnace where requested steel grade for requested type of Round Steel is to be smelted. Please note, any original production of Round Rolled Steel is factory approvable but not publicly accessible process. True inquiry for particular production/offer/price has to show authentic information: 1) who (what company) is buyer/importer/consignee; 2) where (what bank) his payment is to come from; 3) how (in copies of docs) he bought/imported/consumed Rolled Steel last time, to prove 1) and 2).
